How do I know if counselling is right for me ?
I offer an initial assessment session at £50 for individuals which helps us to understand your situation and establish if there is therapeutic work we can usefully undertake together. It is an opportunity for you to decide if you are comfortable working with me.
How long and how often ?
Individual sessions last 50 minutes. They are normally on the same day at the same time each week.
How much does individual counselling cost ?
Sessions are currently £50 I can sometimes offer concessionary rates for those on very low incomes.
How many sessions do I need ?
